"In all grade levels and all subject areas, relevant technological tools can be meaningfully infused into all phases of learning inquiries--planning, retrieving, processing, creating, sharing and evaluating. Through each of the stages of inquiry, this talk will explore possible 21st century learning tools and techniques. Strategies will be explored for helping students examine real-world issues, synthesize information, think critically, and share ideas in effective ways. What role can continually evolving digital resources play in ensuring that learning remains relevant, challenging, and exploratory? What information literacy skills are necessary for these sorts of inquiries? Possibilities for digitally integrated inquiry will be explored.

The presentation aspect of this workshop will explore various Web 2.0 tools; the presentation itself will use the online application, Prezi. Participants will be given the opportunity to explore tools as our conversation takes place. Strategies as well as potential successes and challenges will be discussed.
